Natter is bad. And besides, from what we know of Taiwan, she's a Moe Genki Girl who serves as Annoying Younger Sibling to a degree. Hardly any "overt sexual and physical aggression, untrustworthiness, and mysteriousness".

It's clear that they are meant to be 'Stop him!' and 'Kill him!', but it actually amounts to (Formally) 'Suspend/put a stop to him' and (Matter-of-factly, instead of as a command) 'Murder him'. In either case, they sound funny rather than intimidating.
