I feel like this isn't explaining itself very well, mostly because I'm not sure what exactly makes it so distinct. Could someone write a small description of what exactly this is supposed to refer to?

Double Speak is for all instances where a word is used with multiple meanings, often in propaganda with deceptive reasons. Deadly Euphemism is merely for instances where someone uses an euphemism for death or impending death.
