Is it really fair to put Tom Baker and William Hartnel on this page? Sure they were jerks, but being a jerk isn't the same as being depraved and as the entry itself points out they were never cruel to their child fans. They really don't belong on a page that includes Jimmy Savile, Stuart Hall or Rolf Harris.

From an outside point of view, yeah I agree. JerkAssism in general is not the same thing as being depraved.
Actually, here I would question the inclusion of Savile, Hall and Harris. We are not here to document cases of Real Life depravity as opposed to such being portrayed inside the work. Plus, the description does allow for jerks.
