White hair counts as "blond", right?

Yup, just as black hair can come under "brunette".

Okay, what about "strawberry blond"? For that matter, what would count as "strawberry blond" in animated characters? Orange-colored hair?

Between Dark-Skinned Redhead and Dark-Skinned Blond, strawberry blond is definitely covered and counts under one of them, being an unusual thing and all, but blow me if I know where it goes!

Maybe it's counts as both "red" and "blond"? That is basically the real-life explanation for the hair color, anyway: The two pigments responsible for blond hair and red hair are both present in strawberry blonde hair.

On another note, from what I've seen of real-life strawberry blonde hair, it looks like it does effectively equate with "orange". Don't know how the color translates into animated and drawn media, however. Take Lucia and Kaito (the two embracing in the front) from Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, for example; are they both "orange"/strawberry-blonde, or does that only apply to Kaito while Lucia is just "dirty blond"?

I'm not sure if this is entirely accurate, but I'm pretty sure most people spell the name of the lightest hair color "blonde" instead of "blond". That being said, I vote we make it Dark Skinned Blonde. Anyone agree?

"Blonde" refers to women; "blond" refers to men (the word is originally French, I believe, along with the word brunette, hence the gendered adjectives. Blond is the only one that regularly keeps the genders in English, however.)
