Unfortunate Implications:

• Though that might just be 'Lovecraft was right' in a less overtly racist manner.
• It is more like a subversion of Evil Albino.
• Sometimes, Nazzadi and Xenomixes can have actual albinism, which pretty much sucks as much as it does in real life.
• I always figured they were a shout out to the kids from village of the damned.
• Given the nature of the work, the 'stability' is likely meant to be creepy. As in, Kaworu's utter calm while he kills kittens.

My contribution:

• Lovecraft hated other races and (IIRC) had a special hatred for hybrids. But one must take into account that Nazzadi tend to be stronger and smarter than humans on average...

Is the word 'tech' supposed to look like katakana or is it just me, and if it, are those actual kana and what does the word mean?
