Looking for a female super hero. The picture shows her wearing a cape, headband and white gloves. She also has an inverted triangle with what appear to be lightning bolts coming out of 2 sides of the triangle on her chest. Also her belt buckle is circular. She has long black hair kinda 70's or 80's style. Unfortunately the picture is in black and white, but it definitely is NOT anime or comic book. It looks like it was either from a movie or possibly a TV series. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is for a trivia contest in early February 2011. Thank you.

I would just like to point out that whoever made a Pot Hole to Spider Man in the picture's caption is a GENIUS. I laughed incredibly hard, so kudos to you.
