Just one thing bugs me about telekinetics and related powers stopping bullets, specifically when they see the gun wielder before he/she actually fires. Considering how much energy the average bullet has, it would take a pretty sizable chunk of energy to stop or slow down.
When the character has the option, it would probably be easier for the kinetic (or whatever) to make sure that the bullet isn't fired in the first place by messing with the gun/wielder somehow. Jamming the gun or blocking the gun barrel would have explosive effects on the opponent, just for one example.
