"Bad guy went to this school" does not imply that the school itself is bad or evil- that's the Hitler Ate Sugar fallacy.

I question most of the Harry Potter examples. Hogwarts is clearly not an example, except perhaps in the 7th book/arguably under Umbridge. The rest is just Fridge Horror. The series repeatedly outlines that it is Harry's (the POV character's) favorite place on earth, and most of the characters we have access to seem happy. There are some bad teachers there (as at almost any school), but the characters are clearly and repeatedly shown to learn things. Harry's dad did some bad things as a student, but there's no indication that this was a pervasive, cultural thing, and some indication that they got in trouble many times, just not for every single event.
As for Drumstrang, there's too little information given in the books to say. The only thing we're given is that it emphasizes the Dark Arts and that Karkaroff runs it- the rest is pure speculation.
