Yes this term exists. You can google that, you can look at the explanation on the page itself. Heck, even I managed to pick up on what it meant just by exposure to passing over phrases like seinen and shounen while editing here.

Also, the point of many redirects isn't for the redirect to acquire lots of wicks on its own. It's to attach common search terms to the article that aren't in the main title. In this case, it's a term that may be used by someone looking for the concept we have under "Bishonen".
