-Z-: is that whole bit with the Zelda timeline actually confirmed? it seems to be flagrantly disagreeing with stuff established by the games. I'm leaving it out of trying to be a reasonable troper, but I find myself really wanting to toss it.

Yes. Multiple times. And TP doesn't make any sense in a linear timeline.
It can only be called fate. That here. I would again gather the three with the crests. That I should lay my hand on that which grants the wishes of the beholder. That when power, wisdom, and courage come together, the gods would have no choice but to come down.
