Diego Armando/Godot from Trials and Tribulations is the typical "romance novel" type Jerk with a Heart of Gold. He comes off as cocky and patronising towards women and he's very self assured. However he's also dedicated to catching criminals and shows cares for Mia and Maya.
Several problems here. First of all the fact that Diego and Godot one and the same is pretty big spoiler and should be covered. Secondly as Godot he does NOT care about Maya at all and while he's Jerkish towards Phoenix it's ONLY towards Phoenix.At best it would make him Jerk with a Heart of Jerk if it was't for the fact that his jerkines doesn't extend to anyone other. As Diego he's not a jerk at all, just smug as hell. Therefore he doesn't fit into this at all.
