You forgot at least one heartwarming moment in Games Ponies Play : Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy doing a hoof bump!! (after Rainbow tells Fluttershy they've seemingly passed the tourist's testing of their ability to stay in control of a complex situation)

*** Not to mention that everyone -but- Fluttershy's first thought or reaction is more or less "We have to fight a dragon!" whereas Fluttershy's first reaction is to treat the dragon as an equal and attempt diplomacy. The dragon himself, after all, doesn't actually hurt anyone (or even really wake up) until Rainbow Dash hits him. So non-judgemental and open minded.

Because it's not true. Fluttershy was not the only one to attempt diplomacy. Twilight, Rarity, and Pinkie all tried a diplomatic approach first also. If anything, Fluttershy was less diplomatic: she started off with sheer intimidation, and only changed her tone after she had already won.
