How were we supposed to cheer for Chun-Li? She was ruthless, cold-blooded, and downright sociopathic in her conduct, mooks and bosses alike while cracking Bond One Liners as if it was supposed to endear her to us. And then she murders a weakened and helpless Bison right in front of his daughter, much like how Bison killed her father right in front of her. What kind of "hero" is this?

Note: Moved from the Headscratchers page dude to contention over its legitimacy as a headscratcher.

The kind that's seriously out of character for who she's based on. But as for the hero thing, I guess Bison should have won, huh?

To be fair, Bison's big overarching evil plot in this movie is...to make housing for low-income people, apparently? I was never quite clear on that, but aside from murdering Chun-Li's dad, I really don't know what he did that was actually evil.

Yeah, I haven't watched the film but from what I know of it it's an absolute turkey, not least because of how badly the characters are treated. This makes the American movie and cartoon look like a work of art in comparison.

Defeating Bison doesn't necessarily mean snapping his neck in front of his own daughter!
