In the episode "Underage Peter" Mayor West raises the drinking age to 50 causing Peter, Cleveland, Quagmire and Joe to turn to Brian as an outlet for alcohol. However, in the episode "FOX-y Lady" it is revealed on Quagmire's driver license that he is indeed 61 years old. This is a huge plot hole as Quagmire should have been able to still buy drinks for the guys, rendering Brian's purpose in the episode pointless.
