Flyers in general do have their limitations: 1) Flyers don't have as much freedom of movement as other vehicles, 2) They MUST begin the game in reserve, and 3) Compounding the second weakness, the rules state that if, at the end of any Turn, you have no units of your army on the board (whether they're dead or in reserve doesn't matter), your opponent automatically wins. Unfortunately, the first two limitations start going away the more Flyers you have. While Flyers have strict movement limitations, the Grey Knights' six Flyer list still covers the entire board twice over. Reserves now come in on a 3+, so statistically the Knights have four Flyers on Turn 2 and five on Turn 3. If you can somehow wipe out all the Knights' ground forces before their second turn, they forfeit automatically... but Grey Knights being Grey Knights, this is easier said than done.
