Puppet shows are usually counted as live action - it's why the original Thunderbirds is in Series/ rather then animation

Does the But Not Too Gay example count? It's comparing consensual sex with someone performing fellatio against their will.
Does this movie count as Animated or Live-Action film? It's somewhere between the blurry line of the two: it features marionette puppets rather than live humans, but the puppets are directly filmed rather than brought to life with some animation technique.
