Now, uh, I don't want to start anything here, but that doesn't sound very "fantastic" to me. Intersex people exist in real life and are discriminated against. I haven't read the book, and it might make more sense with context, so I don't want to remove it myself. Can someone who HAS read it elaborate on why this entry is here and/or just remove it?
