I would like to note that the original composer of Emiya was in fact Haga Keita aka KATE, who created much of the original music for Type-Moon. He was also the lyricist for many of the songs associated with Fate/Stay Night including disillusion and imitation - S_1

Is it just me or does Vision of Escaflowne ripp of the Carl Orff's style? Carmina Burana Anyone? Not much the o frotuna part but parallels with "in tabernam" or "uf dem anger" can be drawn.
Not that the music from the series is not awesome, but
Listen to a full recording here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEllLECo4OM then compare with examples form the escaflowne main entry.
This is not to say that the music from escaflowne isn't awesome and i truely think it is original on its own. I'ld rather point at one of the componist possible ispirations.
Since the carmina burana evokes a faux medieval feeling, despite being from early 20th century, it fits the setting of escaflowne very well and I can see why the componist wanted to go with that kind of style for the escaflown score.

Did I do something wrong with the indexing? Appears to be working now.

Shouldn't Joe Hisaishi have his own folder for his work on the Studio Ghibli films? I mean, the scores for Spirited Away, and Princess Mononoke alone have got to be some of the best scores out there.

Anyone else starting to wonder if we shouldn't divide this page up?
