I definitely think we should add Cuties, as it has the most dramatic critical dissonance I’ve ever seen.

Little Shop of Horrors has a 7/10 on IM Db (was in the high 6s for a long while), a 90% Critic and 79% Audience on Rotten Tomatoes, and 81% on Metacritic. Personally, I give it a 99% average because just about everything seems perfect, regardless of ending.

Right, but the examples aren't about how we personally feel about movies. It's how the external people (critics and consumers) feel respectively about it.

I get the idea that a lot of examples on this trope are reaches. A lot will point to audience score, and maybe beating a better reviewed film opening weekend, but will fail to take into account significant drop offs in subsequent weekends, would fall behind those better reviewed films in amount earned, and other user review sites with less flattering scores. Thoughts?
