Okay, so I found this extension, which apparently lets you watch Hulu outside the US (It says you need to pay, but apparently the creators say you can countinue to use it without paying. I have no idea if this is true, I will verify later). Currently confirmed to work in Argentina.

Yeah, I confirmed it. It works, albeit slower.

EDIT: But if you don't want to pay, then don't turn it off. I did and I had to pay to turn it back on.
