Captain Ger Bear himself has expressed his uncomfortableness with this article. I won't touch it since I know this was a labor of love for the author, but in respect to the subject, I'm also unsure if it's really appropriate to keep this up.

At the very least the first line should be changed — responding to the subject's request to remove his real name by linking to another Trope seems to be completely disregardful and disrespectful of his legitimate concern for his privacy.

I guess we can rewrite it if there are specific issues. What are these?

That's the thing. There aren't any *specific* issues — however, Captain Ger Bear mentioned this article in a stream and he called the entire thing, and I quote, "borderline stalkerish". Even though he's not a fan of Tropes in general, he's cool with the ones about his individual projects (Grant, and previously Chub Pan). But this article written about *him personally* kinda creeps him out. As it was a stream and he was busy with his programming I didn't pry further than that, so I don't know whether or not it bothers him to the point where he'd actually want to see it removed entirely...but knowing his negative feelings about it I now question the appropriateness of the article's existence.

Personally, at the very least I'd remove the "Do Not Call Me "Paul"" link for aforementioned reasons in my original post (it just comes off as a snarky response to the subject's concerned request for the removal of his name, even if it wasn't intended as such), and I'd have the more personal info about his nationality, etc. stricken from the article as well. Not my call in the end since this is not my article, but if total removal is off the table, those would be my suggestions.

OK, I've got it. There are a lot of entries which could be read as such, and which are of low quality anyway - Square Peg Round Trope and Zero Context Examples abound. I'll delete these.

I'll remove Do Not Call Me "Paul" - that trope is for when one dislikes one's name, not when one doesn't want their name exposed.

Also, I've decided to take out Rule 34, Stalker with a Crush and Vaporware - it reads a bit too much about him specifically.

Not sure what to do with the Word of God entry.
