What is with the page picture? I know a bit of fanservice is enjoyed by many, but it's more than a little unprofessional to have that as the actress's page picture and not in keeping with the rest of the site. I don't want to change it without consultation, but please weigh in with opinions.

You should probably bring this up in the Image Pickin' subforum. You'll get more (and better) results there.
