All of the "moment" tropes are subjective. I'd say if you think the cover is a C Mo F - put it there.
My nephew Jarrod went to Botcon and shared this comic with my niece, Avvie. I looked it up on the internet and found the welovefine site made a t-shirt based off the comic's cover.

It's a variant cover for Pinkie Pie's issue where Pinkie cosplays as "Pinkie Prime" going, "'Til all are fun!" while Optimus Prime wonders if Pinkie has a good point there. Should this go under the moment of funny?
