Removed this bit:
- Shared Universe: Going by the stories, Death's Head has encountered the Transformers, the Seventh Doctor, and the mainstream Marvel universe (both present and future). Best to just chalk it up to the multiverse...
Note that part I bolded. The Multiverse, means that all those things are separate universes, while Shared Universe would mean they are not. Contradictory there. See Trope Repair Shop thread.

Seems like a less destructive solution would be to recategorize the trope to a more fitting topic, such as Crossover.

I'm disappointed this article doesn't start with "Describe Death's Head here, yes?"

The "High Noon Tex" rights question feels like it's veering into detective work (and I note the same change was made to Wikipedia on the same day).
There is definitely a 1988 signature on the version of "High Noon Tex" that was printed on the back cover of Dragon's Claws - and that was published after Death's Head had appeared in Transformers.
However, I'm also pretty certain that the introduction to the collected edition directly states that an Ashcan Copy was created and filed at an earlier date (probably with sketchier art, due to the nature of ashcans). Uk copyright law wouldn't need it to be published, just evidence of creation.
If so, (I'll dig out my copy) I'm inclined to cut the theorising from the main page and leave it to Trivia.
