Should Azurda's regeneration really be spoilered? It happens in the first few hours of the game, and his character picture shows him in larval form.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut. Hide / Show RepliesNo, actually it shouldn't. His regenerated form was revealed in pre-release materials and in-fact, his regenerated voice was the first English voice we ever heard for the initial trailer for the English localization.
Please stop adding Shout-Out and Expy tropes to the page unless they are explicit and deliberate references to other works. Which none of the examples on this page have been remotely close to.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! Hide / Show RepliesOk then. What trope should be used to convey that Vess' character design was clearly influenced by a more well-known character from another work?
Work with me on this. Her design is very clearly inspired by Belldandy from Ah My Goddess. You say she isn't an Expy, and I agree I misunderstood that one. You say it can't be a Shout-Out because it isn't explicit or implied. Most shout outs arn't.
Edited by DRCEQShould we add a historical characters folder? Addam and Lora both play significant roles despite being long-dead, and putting them in the 'Torna' folder doesn't really fit; the Torna organisation has little to do with the continent Torna save some of the members hailing from there.
I don't think this task would be intensive, but should we ought to give rare Blades their own tabs? A good number of them have their own sidequests that develop their characters in interesting ways.
Hide / Show RepliesThe Character page is getting longer. Maybe we can split it up and give Rare Blades their own page
Where there's life, there's hope.I'm fine with the idea, just as long as there's something for the Rare Blades.
I think we should add Morag pointlesswordstoavoidspoiler into the Protagonist section. After all, they joined before Zeke.
Where there's life, there's hope.Blades have special skills that allow for opening shortcuts, finding new areas, getting items and opening dialogue options for sidequests in their Affinity Trees. For example, Pyra has Flame Mastery (which lets her melt environmental ice and such), Focus (which is used in conjunction with other Blade's skills for skill checks that helps them focus their power and thoughts) and Great Cook (which helps in food-based sidequests). Dromarch has Water Mastery, Botany (get more items from plant and wood-based gathering points) and Ancient Wisdom (which helps in skill checks involving ruins and such). Should we put tropes representing those in the character descriptions for Blades?
Do we put tropes about Arts and weapons in the Protagonist section or in the Blade section?
Where there's life, there's hope. Hide / Show RepliesI'd say Protagonist. Each character has different moves for each weapon type.
Should we do some cleanup here? I'm thinking of merging the Torna section with the primary character section and some renaming of sections.
