Seems like Eyes Always Shut is the trope that belongs. I would recommend to disambiguate Main.Eyes Wide Shut between the work and that.

I don't know what trope this is supposed to be, but the entry is for a film, not an actual trope.
- Eyes Wide Shut: Justified, since her eyes reveal her inhuman nature and she'd want to hide them.
