Because she has not been added to the line-up. I don't know why, but they haven't officially added her, despite her appearing in some of the merchandise when they were doing a marketing blitz of her movie. Maybe they will soon, but until then, she unfortunately doesn't belong on the page.
Added her back to the character listing, and adjusted the intro paragraph on the main page accourdingly.

Should we add Rapunzel yet, or wait till after the film is released.

Wait till the film's release. It'll bring too many spoilers.

As someone who is an advocate for considering the Disney TV Animation series part of the Disney Animated Canon, I do not find it fair that Disney does not consider Princess Calla an official Disney Princess. She was a Princess who starred in a TV series created by the Disney company, so I think she should be considered as such. Just because Disney has this conceit that they shouldn't market long-ended TV shows doesn't mean we should not include Calla on the character sheet.

Yes it does. This is about the official Disney Princess line. You don't get to write down who the canonical Princesses are.
Technically, Eilonwy and Kida are both actual princesses. They weren't popular enough to warrant inclusion, however.
