Lorraine - her mode as "actually wholesome" - this was probably due to the Stockholm Syndrome and CPTSD from Biff raping her..

Gentle reminder that the whole thing in the car did not happen in the original timeline.

It only happened due to Marty's plan. In the original timeline, Lorraine just went to the dance with George and was already inside.

Removed again Biff as Big Bad of Part I. The thing is, he's the major antagonist, but is not the source of conflict required for the trope, he's just an obstacle in the time travel plot, unlike in Part II where all the bad things do happen thanks to his alteration of the timeline.

Overarching Villain, sure.

The trope The Call Knows Where You Live is about a situation where the hero is encouraged to fulfill his destiny by something bad happening to his family and/or hometown. Unless you mean the second film, what does it have to do with Marty?
