I've pulled the following, for the same reason. There are others I'm not sure about ("Always look on the bright side of life" is repeated, sure, but only in the context of being the refrain of a song. Is that a catchphrase? Same with "There's no place like home", Dorothy says it repeatedly, but only as a mantra in one scene...)
- Casablanca:
- "Here's looking at you, kid." - Humphrey Bogart
- "Round up the usual suspects." - Claude Rains
- "We'll always have Paris." - Humphrey Bogart
- Citizen Kane:
- "Rosebud" - Orson Welles
- Monty Python And The Holy Grail.
- "It's just a flesh wound." -John Cleese
- "It's only a model" - Terry Gilliam
- "Run away! Run away!" - Arthur's knights
- "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!" - John Cleese
- Monty Pythons Life Of Brian
- "What's so funnny about the name "Biggus Dickus"? - Michael Palin
- To Have And Have Not
- "You do know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow." - Lauren Bacall

I've spotted a few more. I'm pretty sure the "Hasta la vista, baby" line was only said once in that combo by the T. Also "I'll be back."

Deleted the following because Buckaroo only says it once in the whole movie.
- Buckaroo Banzai has several, including "No matter where you go, there you are".
There are a lot that don't qualify because they're only said once. I've removed the following:
And those are just the ones I was reasonably sure about. I'm sure there are plenty more to be weeded out.
