Speaking as said "overzealous editor", you are absolutely dead wrong in thinking these are rules the site "clearly doesn't use". The Zero-Context Example and Weblinks Are Not Examples policies are universal. AwesomeMusic/ pages are not exempt from this.

I have no idea why some overzealous editor decided awesome music pages needed descriptions now, but I provided them anyway.
Please do not enforce rules that the rest of the site clearly doesn't use.
