In the entry for Spot of Tea, the work bubuzuke has a link to the Malaproper trope, even though it's not only the proper word for what was meant, but it's a variant which directly references the person at whom it's directed. Which makes it not so much a malapropism, as unintended genius (sorry, I forget which trope that is).

Yes, Haruka didn't know what the word meant, but once told, she declared that it was "perfect" for what she did mean.
