Arc Welding?

Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.

Possibly Arc Welding. Best example I can give is A Shot in the Dark, the second Insp. Clouseau movie, which was adapted from a famous French stage play unrelated to Clouseau. I also know they did this a couple of times with Kojak where one or two of the TV movies were based on novels in which Kojak never appeared.
