Humble Goal maybe?
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.
What's the trope about making a boast about something that's really easy to achieve? (for the record, I was thinking a character boasting of being only "twice as bright" as another character who is very much an idiot, so it's hardly a stellar achievement, even though he clearly think it is)
