This must've been shown in the mid-to-late-90s, only maaaaaaaybe into the 2000s, but I remember it from when I was really young. I only caught the end of it, but it was a Spanish-language (I think) show on PBS; the characters were definitely Latinx, I know that. The scene I remember was the family sitting at dinner. On one side of the room was a large wall mirror where the ghosts of the family (like, past relatives) sat and dined. The ghost side was in black and white, the living in color. One of the daughters (an adult) could either more clearly see the mirror and family or was trying to get to them. I remember her going to the mirror and putting her hand to it, but I can't remember if she went through it or not.
I have been trying to find this movie for 84 years, I stg. If anyone has any clues, please let me know! It's driving me mad(der)!
