Are you certain it wasn't part of The Elder Scrolls series? Both The Elder Scrolls Arena and The Elder Scrolls II Daggerfall are pretty dated at this point, and I think they are both on steam.

I remember a couple years ago seeing this new but old school themed RPG on Steam. It was a first person rpg somewhat like The Elder Scrolls but I don't know anything about the plot. It had kind of old looking graphics. Anyway it looked really cool but I can't remember the name of any. Anyone help?
