Based on the trope description (and the redirect, Convergent Non Sequitur), Strange Minds Think Alike is really only about the parallel ideas themselves. It doesn't have to imply that the minds are strange.
Is there a trope along the lines of Strange Minds Think Alike, but the minds aren't (necessarily) strange?
