Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
The common process with Zero Context Examples is to comment them out, and send the person who put them up an issue notifier. I have done this for you this time.
Although, considering you already linked to the Zero Context Example page, which incidentally has what I just said already written on it, I'm curious as to what exactly you thought you needed help with.
To me, that sounds more like a Wallbanger than a DTMOS. Not sure that helps, though.
^^ I wasn't sure if we were supposed to delete vague or zero-context entries from DMOS.
pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSFor the record, this was fine by me. I wasn't really sure if it belonged there or not and decided to err on the side of putting it in. These things are very subjective.
I have found that it is the small everyday deed of ordinary folks that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love. - Tolkien
More Dethroning Moment of Suck shenanigans, this time from the films page. CaptainEquinox's entry for Mars Attacks! says that the bit at the beginning with the burning cattle stampede made him get up and leave. That's it. He provides no context as to why he felt the scene was so bad to make him stop watching. All he does is pothole to Screw This, I'm Outta Here.
It's not in the rules for the pages, but something tells me you're not supposed to do this. It recalls a Zero Context Example. Should I cut it wholesale, simply comment it out until he decides (if he decides) to come back and elaborate, or do nothing?
