Vandalism. By Tear Drop, who I'm pretty sure was edit-banned a while ago. Not sure if we should revert or wait for the mods to show up.

You can, but the vandalism was before.
There are multiple levels of bannination. Some allow certain types of edits, some don't. The nastier one is now in effect.
