For those who can't be bothered to check, aside from Lucina, Wood, Azure, and Serena, the other folks getting yukatas in the DLC are Ronkuu if promoted to Swordmaster, Sairi, and Renha.

And I guess anyone else you made into a Swordmaster, but whatever.

Another potentially hilarious conversation: Paris and Valhart. I think they get one too!

^If I recall correctly Paris and Valhart do. The one conversation that I do want to see is Paris and Lucina, because they're descendents of Marth and Ike respectively.

Is there a significance to yukatas that I'm not understanding? I assumed before looking it up they were some kind of sword , but I don't see why it would make Fire Emblem more or less "anime" in any case.

Also, I believe Lyn wears a Qipao, if that makes any difference. (and I'm not sure why I know that word and not yukata, but w/e)

Yukata are a kind of Japanese robe, similar to a kimono, but usually made of a thinner material and often with a shorter hem. Nowadays, they're mostly worn for summer festivals.

Status Update: A certain fan-translation of Fire Emblem 12 is into its final beta test. The thing should be released very shortly. Ths is making me almost as excited as the American release of Awakening.

It's dramatic? Wood does have a flair for that sorta thing.

I think some people speculate that the Mark of Naga is on that hand and he is showing it off (even if folks can't see it under his gauntlet.)

And, because I am an idiot, I just used the chart to have all the second gen have My Unit as a parent and then starting giggling to myself. But yeah, when I get my hands on the game, that will be a good guide to see what classes I want and who I want to pair.
