Generally speaking, any combination of the words Demon, Dragon and God is bad news.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.In general I think Binding Blade was possibly the most morally-ambiguous game in the series. There wasn't really anyone truly evil in it, I don't think, unless you count Narcian and assorted Mook Lieutenants. Even Genealogy and Radiance had utter nutjobs like Manfroy and Izuka.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Fire Emblem x Advance Wars. Seems like an obvious one.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Nah. They would cancel each other out. While they have similar gameplay, Fire Emblem is all about cultivating specific characters, while Advance Wars gives you faceless mooks who you sometimes have to sacrifice to achieve your goals. The two philosophies clash too much to work together.
Exactly. How do you reconcile the mass disposable soldiers and tanks with medieval and magic guys who you care about on an individual level? That's a challenge IS should take someday. If only as a bonus/joke mission in the next Advance Wars or something.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Changing topics to Fire Emblem If for a bit: do you think we'll have bandit twins in that game? If so, what names do you think they'll have? I'm personally hoping for something as ridiculous as Maggie and Rose from Binding Blade.

The challenge I'm thinking of is more "how the hell do you make them both fit into gameplay somehow?"
The Gay Bandits are kind of offensive but I love them for some reason. I'd call them Gonzorgo and Roderigo myself.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."I wouldn't necessarily call them "gay". Weirdly effeminate, maybe, but it's implied more often than not that they're somehow related, which...okay isn't a stretch for Fire Emblem, but still. :P
And in Radiant Dawn they're not even particularly effeminate. More...murdery. /shrug
As for names, you can't go wrong with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. Except in terms of character limit. :P
They're such an odd recurring element that I really can't get mad at them.
Maybe its because they're weirdly effeminate and creepily attracted to each other in the bare-chested axe-waver class.
I sure said that!Or Vladimir and Estragon!
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I was thinking something along the lines of a brother-sister, harlequin themed Trickster twins. Named Harley and Quinn, of course, or is that too on the nose?

Oh God! Natural light!Maybe something more like Harlene and Quinton?
... Yeah, I'm still mostly using the name of a Batman villain, but still.
I sure said that!BS Fire Emblem video collection (complete with voice acting) for anyone interested:

@Fire Emblem Warriors: The real draw would be seeing and hearing our favorite FE characters glam-rocked, voice acted, and in next generation High Definition. Warriors gameplay would be a fabulous too.
Half the challenge would be handling interactions between the lords probably. While their stories and arcs take different turns, when it's not "noble, fancy thrusty person", it's "rough, manly smashy person"
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018They all have their quirks, though.
Excepting Roy and Marth- They'd be identical if it weren't for the hair. Marth was the first Lord, so he has an excuse for being a bit milquetoast, but Roy's got nothing going for him.
I sure said that!I just want something like Guilty Gear 2 Overture:
The Fire Emblem Warriors talk reminded me of this: http://safebooru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=474198
I love that Roy's in the back there, leaping at the black knight and doubtlessly about to get annihilated.
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/lb_i.php?lb_id=13239183440B34964700 Alfric's Fire Emblem Liveblog Encyclopedia!I love that too, mostly because the little Gary Stu has it coming.
I would love it if they changed Roy's personality to the hotheaded one everyone pictures based on Melee.
For Those who Seek the Thrill of Death: A Dramatic SMT3 Hard PlaythroughIt'd certainly be more interesting, at least.
And man, poor Roy, just setting himself up for an Eclipse there.
I sure said that! How, exactly, would they change his personality? It's not like he makes very many actual appearances.
Demon Dragon. The English version of Blazing Sword uses Demon Dragon.
For the record, the Japanese term is identical to the Japanese name for Mage Dragon (which is why the FE Wiki considers them the same class)
