I would stare for a while then walk away, thinking he's a cosplayer or something.

Stay far away. I could call the police, but I doubt that would help.

Id start questioning alot of things.

Keep as far away from him as possible. I don't think I want to get on his bad side.

Say hi to them.

Question why the heck they're in the US if they're both dead.

Look for Mama. If nowhere to be seen, hug.

I'd pass her by, maybe compliment her on the hat.

Leave her alone. I'm 5'11. The bathtub in my home is only 5' long and the shower head was made for someone about a foot shorter than me.

Move to the other side of the street because I'd be kinda nervous.

Be open to a hug becuase, at 3AM in my part of the US there are rarely more than two other people who are awake.
