So... if a two-eyed person sees the world in 3D, and someone who lost an eye sees the world in 2D, can a spider see the world in 9D?

That makes about as much sense as Ho-Oh = Gay due to the rainbow being adopted by the Gay Rights community.

And the perspective of how we'd see something in more dimensions that our standard is just like the flatlanders would see us; aging was that after all.

The terresact is why I have trouble concieving of the 4th dimension as time rather than whatever that shape's extra lines are residing in. Unless it's because the whole universe is moving along the 4th dimension at a mostly simultaneous rate...

Note to Self; do not do research on the No Child Left Behind Act and talk to people about multiple dimensions and how they work after initially talking about Pokemon at 7 pm at night when you are about to fall asleep. Weird things will cross your mind, I guarantee it.

Well, it is 4 AM over here. And all places in my body that are nourished by my cerebral arteries (the ones that have nocioceptors anyway) are hurting, and the overall feel is odd.

Caffeine and exams do that to you.

You go to sleep at 7? I can't even think of going to sleep until at least midnight...

I go to sleep at around 9. I just get double tired once 7:00 rolls around, but I plough through anyway.

I lay down in bed at around midnight. Not even I know how much later I actually fall asleep, but I suspect it's about 1:30, 2:00 if I have a lot on my mind. Regardless, I'm fine in the morning. Either my metabolism doesn't require much sleep (unlikely), or just laying in the dark is somewhat restorative on its own (Also unlikely).

I hate staying up past 11. I'm always kicking myself and practically screaming in my head GO TO SLEEP. Maybe Coraline is to blame?

We should probably rerail this now. So you're doing the Giratina article? I guess I'll try a different legendary. Maybe Manaphy?

I will be doing Giratina, yes. Eventually, since I have Schoolwork to do.

Is there a Lati@s article yet? No? How about a Shaymin one? Darkrai? Cresselia? Heatran maybe? Rayquaza's an option. Jirachi, Celebi (I think?), Lessee uh... I think that's about it, save for the Unova Legendaries.

Lake Trio is also an option. But I think I'll do Phione/Manaphy. Now should I call it Phione/Manaphy? We're assuming that Manaphies are Phiones with super-rare one-in-a-million genetic coding that makes them a Manaphy.

I don't intend on writing Heatran, but would we assume that Heatran are a "normal" species, just somewhat rare and also very powerful? They are talked about as if there's more than one, and they do have genders...

Perhaps we could have something along the lines of The Fall of Adam for Heatran? Like it did something that put it outside of the Legendary Coucnil (bear with me) and now has been reverted to a regular old species of pokemon?

...That seems a little dramatic. I've always seen Heatran as a fairly normal but also fairly powerful Pokemon. No supernatural origins, or anything like that. The same for Phione, Shaymin, and Lati@s. Although the articles we have refute this, I also always saw the Legendary Birds and Beasts having more than one of each. Possibly still of supernatural origin, like the Entei from the first Ranger game, but who know?

I just assumed that every Legendary Pokemon was just that; a pokemon tied to legends. Heatran doesn't have any legends to its name, so why is it classified as a Legendary Pokemon? The same goes for pokemon like Genosect, Deoxys and Mewtwo: They don't have any legends to go with their name, so why are they called legendary pokemon? I'm still at a loss for it.

Gameplay and Story Segregation. They have no legend, but they're on par with actual supernatural Pokemon gameplay-wise.

But still, we can't go for that in the Pokedex here. This is for non-battle stuff, so we should focus more on the story and world building than the gameplay (we've already got plenty of gameplay info anyways). With that in mind, how do we tackle pokemon that are classified as Legendary Pokemon in-universe, yet do not have an actual legend? Do we make up a legend?

I believe this may be useful to this project, specially the bit about treecko and manaphy

[up][up][up]If you mean for ones like Heatran, Lati@s, etc, I'd just write it like a normal Pokemon's article, but emphasize their power or even attach some generic folklore to the species as a whole, like we do with some of our real world animals.

For ones that are definitely one-of-a-kind but have no mythical legend, you could look at something like the Mewtwo article as an example. I would discuss the origin, and otherwise treat it as a "normal" Pokemon minus the multiple-members and reproduction.

I'm calling Manaphy, by the way.
