I think that Lala would probably go along with whatever Paru is doing without realizing how perverted it all is. I mean, Paru's artifact is terrifying enough on its own; but giving her access to Gender Swap technology or allowing her to switch bodies. I shudder to think.
EDIT: ^ I pity him if that's the case. He has enough trouble with alien technology, let alone magic.

Reaction Image RepositoryBut the birthday thing was given when her background was being revealed. It wasn't one of those beginning of chapter information things.
When was the information revealed? I can't think of any time it was discussed outside of the character introduction bits.
Reaction Image RepositoryAt some point during the Mahorafest arc right when Chao was revealed as being hostile, I think.
Here's another crack idea. Disgaea x Negima
"Prinny, what does the status bar say about Rakan?"
"IT'S ALL INFINITY, DOOD!"
"Yeah's he's broken."

Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2The real scary thing is that with his personality, he'd fit right in.
@Arha: it could still have just been bogus information. It makes sense that she would come up with some sort of backstory.
Reaction Image Repositoryyeah I mean you would have to have a cover story like that to get accepted to the school.
anyway Oshizu/Sayo that would be just funny as hell since both are afraid of ghosts. I wonder what Oshizu would think of kotaro.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!"Um, about that... she still got him at the hospital".
"Ah. Well, that's unfortunate".
Although he really didn't sound sympathetic at all.
I'll eat my metaphorical hat if it wasn't him who tipped Setsuna on the poor bastard's location.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I'm still struggling with the Shizuna piece, so I came up with an unexpected shorter WTF segment in the meanwhile.
52- Negi, Chisame and Eishun.
"—so she's going to be my new mom, and he's going to be my other dad! Isn't that just wonderful?" Konoka finished with extreme cheerfulness.
Setsuna was just too stunned to talk.
Her precious princess blinked, finally noticing her panicked reaction. "Oh? Setchan, are you feeling okay?".
"I... I am, yes..." the swordsgirl could pick her own jaw up at least. "So... does your Grandfather know about this yet—".
"Well, those six days of leave he had last week...?" Konoka let her words to trail off.
"I see he took it well" Setsuna said, notably calmed all things considered. "Nodoka?".
"Haruna says she and Yue will be okay" Konoka informed.
"Why couldn't they tell you themselves?" her protector doubted.
"They tried, but I couldn't understand a single word of what they were saying. Haruna had to translate it, although I hope her translation of a few of the things Yue said about Dad wasn't too exact".
"Figures. Asuna?".
"Well, she's kind of worrying me as well... she's been bleeding through the nose a lot since learning about it... Every time she talks about it, wham!, it starts bleeding, which is strange in someone as healthy as her...".
A huge drop of sweat appeared at one side of Setsuna's head. "Ah, I wouldn't worry. If anything, I'd say she's been too exhuberantly healthy in her reactions to that scenario...".
A pause.
"I'm almost afraid to ask, but... how did Iincho take it?" Setsuna finally dared to say.
"Well, we are having an unexpected free day today, aren't we?" Konoka simply replied.
"Oh. I guess that explains the wrecked clasroom, then. And the security measures all around Chisame's room...".
"I'm sure they'll sort it out by the wedding's time!" Konoka never lost her optimism. "It's going to be wonderful, you'll see! More tea?" she offered.
"Make... make it double, please" Setsuna meekly extended her glass over.

Come to think of it, my suspicions over Chao's birthday are silly. Asuna's listed birthday doesn't work at all, either. I think I'm seeing epileptic trees everywhere lately.
First post here. Gotta say that I love the series so far, and that it's the only manga that I'm a dedicated fan of. It really helps that the first anime basically allowed me to skip to the Genre Shift right away. But enough with the old crap.
Let's see if I can get some theories outta everyone: Chapter 297 reveals that the "Zazie" that the group encounters at the Palace is actually the real Zazie's sister. But look at her pactio card. It clearly has Zazie's name on it. Any ideas?

The more I think about it, the more I believe the Zazie at Mahora is just the sister of the real Zazie (the one we just met) who has been posing under her name for some reason or another.
Clearly, her name is Zazie Sunnyday. Despite the western spelling, she doesn't have western name order! Okay, not really.
^^Huh. I hadn't thought about that possibility. It makes a lot of sense, though it does raise some questions: Why would either of them would do so? What does Zazie's sister gain by pretending to be Zazie? Where has the real Zazie been all this time?
Oh, and welcome to the Forum, Watchtower. We're all insane here, but relatively benign, so don't worry.

You wouldn't care what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.Well, most of us are benign, anyway.
Also, looking at the pactio card, it's clear that it says Zazie, and maybe it's just the poor quality scans, but I can't see if it actually says Rainyday or not.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."I think that Overmaster's theory probably makes the most sense here; it's the first thing that I thought of and it's really the only way to avoid a plot hole. Outside of both girls being named Zazie, which is going to make explaining what's going on a real pain in the ass.
Reaction Image Repository<peer cautiously from afar> Are those spoilers safe? Because I'm stumped at why Wild Mass Guessing needs to be spoilered.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Welcome Watchtower!
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.^ Did you check your mailbox recently?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Marq: the s there are trying to make sense of a plot twist that will occur in the next chapter, so they're not safe to look at.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."I guessed as much. Allow me to take a wild guess and say that it has something to do with how Negi discovers his Lotus-Eater Machine predicament and/or how to escape it.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. There's really no way to answer that without blowing the whole thing. Just wait and see.
Reaction Image RepositoryI really need an explanation Overmaster Why would younger Zazie use older Zazie's name? She has nothing to gain from it. Older Zazie has much more use pretending to be the younger Zazie

Congratulations! you got me to post. I lurk all the time so this is rare.Apart from the Lifemaker that Rakan apparently saw during his fight with Fate, is there any indication that he was actually revived? That could have been symbolic of the power that Fate is now using, which is powered by Asuna.
I do see a Love Letter Lunacy situation with Rito's love letter to 'his' Haruna being sent to Negima's Haruna instead.
