I am serious. This is my serious face. You assume that I only want to one-shot deathclaws. I can one-shot Deathclaws with a BB gun. I'm talking about one-shotting bosses, including final bosses, on Hard mode. Plus, general action point and damage increases really do come in handy during frantic fights with damage sponge enemies in the DL Cs when you just want them dead quick.

UniocularI don't know about you guys, but when there's a drug that can allow me to go into bullet time, I am fucking taking that drug. Also Hydra, because doctor's bags are heavy.
I realized my signature's been empty for a while. I should fix that.
I am serious. This is my serious face.I have actually never taken Turbo. I'll probably have to when I get around to Lonesome Road.
Sharp Dressed TroperI'm plenty content to just fill the air with lead for bosses. Especially with my ACR. The best use I can think of for Turbo is completely cheesing the Boomers' artillery barrage. Also, if you have Logan's Loophole, go ahead and take ALL THE CHEMS. Take them off the damn streets and suffer no consequences.

To answer your earlier question, Fiends came from Vault 19.
I am serious. This is my serious face.Oh wait, I forgot, I did use Turbo once. Not because I actually needed it, but because I wanted to have a slow-mo scene of me running up to Caesar's chair, past his guards, and punching his head off with a Ballistic Fist before he could react. Thanks to Psycho and 100 Unarmed, it was a one hit kill and he flew back to the table in the back of the tent. Then I took it again and went into super speed mode to quickly dispatch Lucius and his Praetorian Guards. Good times.

Sharp Dressed TroperEh, I still prefer my glorious C4 method. If it's good enough to kill Asmodeus (okay, so that was Semtex, but the same principle applies here), it's good enough to kill Sallow.
I am serious. This is my serious face.I still have not found a section in the game or in the DLC that is funner than slaughtering Caesar's section of the Fort (i.e. the only one you're allowed to visit). Too bad there aren't more legionaries there; there really should've been.
Sharp Dressed TroperMaybe I should go around killing all of them with the 9mm Pistol, .45 Auto Pistol, and Automatic Rifle, just for a certain irony factor. If you can't figure it out, they're all John Moses Browning's designs or based on them, and John Browning, like Graham, was Mormon.
I am serious. This is my serious face.I prefer A Light Shining In The Darkness.
Sharp Dressed TroperThat's still a .45 Auto Pistol. And Maria is still a 9mm Pistol.

I am serious. This is my serious face.I prefer more so than the regular .45 Auto Pistol for the irony of killing him with Graham's gun. It's just not the same with the regular one.
Sharp Dressed TroperEh, regardless, I'm still rubbing his hatred of Joshua (and, by extension, the other New Canaanites) in his face.
Sneering ImperialistWhy the Fiends have energy weapons: perhaps the Legion has been covertly equipping them through its deals with the Van Graffs?
Coin OperatorVault 3 likely had a cache of energy weapons, and the Fiends may have looted energy weapons from various merchants and travellers. And really, the Van Graffs will sell to anyone.
War ALWAYS changes. Man does not.Yup. It is in their best interests to destabilize the Mojave region for themselves and their cohorts in the Crimson Caravan Company - louse the place up enough and the NCR will get suckered into sending far more troops to the area - troops that they will end up supplying and hence hoovering up more and more money. With, I think, the eventual aim of being the rulers of the NCR along with their allies in the Brahmin barons. Same sort of deal that General Motors of Detroit, Michigan, pulled in WW2. They didn't just service the Americans and their allies.
Thread Hop, I prefer that one perk to turbo, Much more effective and non-addictive (And 10 uses/day)
Sharp Dressed TroperDownside is that it requires 8 END, and I have 1 END.
Storm KingHey everybody, did the news get around, about a guy named Butcher Pete?
youtube.com/Fire Trainer 92
You mean the Ranger with the Big Iron on his h-*is sniped*
She is a brutal war machineI love that song. Big Iron not Butcher Pete. And why wouldn't you have 8 END? What about the Implants?
Tealove is best pony.Pony Fanon Index
War ALWAYS changes. Man does not.My petite Female!Courier has Small Frame and lots and lots of Endurance.
Sierra 117I've never used chems, other than to get a temporary boost to skills.
Stuff like slow motion, extra action points, and especially 25% extra damage is incredibly useful, the latter especially so for sniping. There really is no downside to using them when I almost never get addicted and can easily fix any addiction with seventy-five caps. Once again, I make over nine-hundred caps every time I cap a Prime / Veteran Legionary, a Fiend, a White Leg, a Khan, or any other kind of raider. Those guys are everywhere. Is this with the perk that increases the amount of caps you find, or not?
It's not over. Not yet.
I am serious. This is my serious face.Without. Their outfits and weapons (.44 revolvers, plasma rifles, laser rifles, laser machine guns, hunting rifles, gladius machetes, cowboy repeaters, etc.) are worth a good amount of money.
Sierra 117Oh, right. Duh.
It's not over. Not yet.
