CS Extend on the 360 was my first game too.
I had such a fun time learning every character one by one, and Abyss mode became a massive undertaking that I never finished.
I really enjoyed the story there too, I felt really immersed with it and loved how every character had their own story mode, something that Chronophantasma was missing a lot of for me.
Happy 4th of July Tropers! Anyone else think Bullet Dance sounds fittingly patriotic despite it having nothing to do with such?

Planning on getting back to Calamity Trigger, and when I started it, I wished to unlock everyone's Astral Finishes before going through story mode, and if you're Ragna, Rachel, or Nu, their Unlimited Forms. Any tips of how to go through Arcade Mode with Rachel?
Tips on what, how to play?
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Combo tips of the sort.
I don't really mess around with Rachel, and I never played CT so I'm not much help.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I will say that George the XIII is a very good tool, and I remember it being peak effective in CT. (It's her frog that releases an electrical discharge)
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Wait hold on, unlocking Astral Finishes?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Yea, that was one of C Ts quirks. Ragna, Rachel, Hakumen and Nu had to have their Astrals unlocked.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. Why Rachel's? It was like the least visually impressive of all of them, barring the Astral Finish Arakune had.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Cuz story reasons.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Actually, according to the wiki, Ragna, Rachel and Nu's Astrals are available from the start. It's everyone else's Astrals that need to be unlocked.
In fact, in the arcade release, those three were the only characters with Astrals, and all the others were added later.
"Shake the dust." - Anis MojganiIt wouldn't be an ASW Original IP if it didn't have a whole load of weird jank in the first entry. Let's not even get into how surreal the first Guilty Gear was.
Also, there's something I thought about regarding this game and Persona 5. When you think about it, given how both Observation and Cognition work, one could consider that from even before CT, and until the end of CF, the entire Blaz Blue world is one big Palace. Amatarasu/The Original's Palace, to be exact.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...So as if the Metaverse replaced the original world
CT score attack was no joke.
The difficulty was hardest by default I think and Unlimited Ragna was his scariest there.
Tager was something of an AI breaker though.
Tager was also the easiest character to fight since you could lock him into a phase by backing away from him until he uses his bull charge special then hit him with a combo until he's dead.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitterLol no way.
Tager was one of the hardest opponents for me unless you had a projectile(like Jin). The CPU's instant Gigantic Tagers were monstrous and he did an insane amount of damage. I hated fighting him with Ragna.
Carl was the easiest.

So. I just fought a string of Tagers and Nines using Ragna. God, that was brutal...
Ragna needs a health buff if Mori cares about the series anymore. He doesn't have the gamebreaking tools to have low health like Nine and Izanami.
A cruel, sick joke is still a joke, and sometimes all you can do is laugh.I remember a gag reel in CS making fun of Ragna for having Chipp like health
Guess that hasn't changed.
He doesn't need a health buff TBH. He was top tier once upon a time.
When was that?
A cruel, sick joke is still a joke, and sometimes all you can do is laugh.I want to say CS 2, but I'm not positive. Him and Makoto.
I don't think he was top, just high.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. Can confirm that, in fact, Nine and Izanami have slightly more health than Ragna.
- Ragna: 10,000
- Nine: 10,500
- Izanami: 10,500
It's kinda funny really.

I started with Calamity Trigger. Extend was a lot of fun though, and probably has my favorite soundtrack overall. I did NOT like the VA changes though. Spencer Terumi is flat out horrid, thankfully he's only in one scene, substitute Rachel is a bit laughable, and Bang...ugh.
I remember having fun with abyss mode...and tears. Many many tears. Floor 200 mu FTL.
