I actually think the term is cousin in law. But step cousin is fully legal here.
No, I am wrong. Step-cousin. An in law requires that they marry into your family or you marry into theirs. Joining the family through a different marriage doesn't count.

Unless you want the image to be the same size but work in the uploader, which I can also do.
You can do it in MS Paint and Windows Photo Viewer, you can do it in Preview, if you're on a Linux computer there's probably a built in image viewer that will resize images.
Also, if Bacon has avatar sharing turned on, you can upload it as your own avatar and share it to him.

Avatar sharing has been borked for months.
And paint would not have worked as the source image had transparency.
Yeah, when they switched to the new site software, whatever your sharing setting was it was turned off in the backend even if it showed you that it was switched on.
Turn it off and on again and you can do shares.

My 3DS keeps making a popping noise every time I try to open it up and it closes itself. I cannot open the machine as my old man has the tools and I cannot give it to Nintendo for repairs as I do not have the money. My machine is busted until I can exchange or repair it, it was quite literally yesterday that my machine was working and now it is busted. What should I do?

I heard you mention that it was water-damaged. The absolute worst thing you can do to a water-damaged electronic device is powering it on when there still might be liquid inside, or you risk shorting the electronics inside and then it'll be really dead.
Turn it completely off, put your 3DS into a bag, fill the bag with uncooked rice, and let the bag sit for at least a few days, making sure it stays covered with the rice on all sides that whole time. This is a relatively common trick, since the rice is supposed to draw moisture out.

I am not sure if it thawed out already but I think it might dry or something. My A/C is gone but should still put it in rice just in case?

I don't think letting it thaw or putting it rice now will make much of a difference.
Seriously, don't put water-damaged electronics in the freezer. Water expands when it freezes, which can break stuff.
