The Major is one of the best hackers known, so if it can be remotely operated, she can use it to kill the Demoman.

Not sure if Demo has any stuff to hack. His weapons are pretty straightforward. Those are 60's after all.

She could also one-woman doubleteam since she can fully operate another cyborg body with her brain while fighting on her own. Trying to hit two targets at once might be hard for Demoman.

The Major also has a fully cybernetic body that can pull off stunt that would kill a human. She's also an arms expert and no slouch up close.

Neiba the Sue here beats the Major.
