That is a tough question. o_o
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.I'm a say... noooo.
I'd even go as far to say a lot of us weep over her because she's a teenage girl going through hardship. Most of her life up and until this moment was pretty swag compared to to Mako, Bolin, Zuko, Aang, Katara, Toph, Iroh, the list goes on.
I feel like... no major emotional drain from her. Just mild surprise at her character development.
I felt worse for Asami in Book 1.
I even feel for the Earth Queen.
Heck, Cabbage Merchant > Korra in terms of sympathy, fanon-confirmed real-life poison or not. That man's entire career was ruined by the Gaang.
No, no, That Pro-bending Asshole from Book 1 > Korra. Tahno, was it? Nobody gives two sh'ts' about him 'cept me.
"Don't worry Korra, Air-bros got this."
HA. NO YOU DON'T TENZIN.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I've got to admit, I was a bit disappointed we wouldn't get a "romantic" cruise episode with Korra and Asami... Yeah, I'm just dreaming out loud right now.
Is not impressed.I just want to know what happened to Zaheer.
Sock in mouth does not an epic departure make.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Stairs
Oh really when? The ace criminal who recently gained the ability to fly under his own power died from falling down a flight of stairs.
...
I love that.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I think that might be the best example of Dropped a Bridge on Him that doesn't seem anticlimactic. Just gut bustingly hilarious.
Is not impressed. We are the steps. Your spinal and cranial integrity will be shattered by our own. Resistance is futile.
Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face.I wish Jinoraang would go with Korra, if only to see Katara's reaction.

Oh God! Natural light!Meh, enough Jinora.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Given how similar that nickname is to the fandom's propensity for Portmanteau Couple Names, I imagine she'd react ... poorly.

Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face. The Rule 34 of LOK can be very disturbing... I haven't seen any "Jinoraang" thank god, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there...

Is not impressed. You just had to go and jinx it.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Korra 34 is surprisingly guro/bronyfication free...
EDIT: Mother of god, regret! Regret!

Or Guro, or Bronyfication. Take your pick.
"I hasten to interject that I have potentially time-sensitive data that merits immediate consideration." - VaarsuviusIronically, I was into Korra 34 well before I ever saw the show. Korra's definitely in my top five for most attractive animated women.
Is not impressed.It's dem muscles
Oh really when?I think Korra is up there, but Asami tops the list.
You don't see Korra's bodytype (or skintone) much in animation.

So... does Korra count as more of a Woobie than teen!Zuko now? Or are they about equal?
It's been 3000 years…
