Sounds like he's had an unhappy childhood. It is not wierd; lots of people are like that. Is he a full-on woman trapped in a man's body, or is he like Eddie Izzard, he likes wearing pretty dresses but still fancies the ladies?

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!he still identifies as male yet prefers girly things
MIALiking "girly" things doesn't make one trans, if that's what you're asking.
There are transgender lesbians.
Level 3 Social Justice Necromancer. Chaotic Good.lol. I always hoped my character would show little boys that it's ok to be feminine. Oh and if your wondering here's his stage persona ruby starlight

MIATransgender and transvestite are different things. Trans is usually taken to mean transgender or agender.
I don't really think anything specific about this? It sounds like decent worldbuilding. One of hopefully many traits that goes into a character. One that could easily be glossed over unless the story made a big deal about it. I have actually seen this character trait successfully used both as a central theme and flavour in works before.

Lol. I'm not sure if I should put it in writer's block or world building. So maybe I should move it somewhere else
MIAIt's a smaller topic, might best go into one of the character threads on Writer's Block, or maybe make a new thread as a discussion about writing characters that subvert and invert gender roles.
Alternatively, you could talk about settings that subvert or invert gender roles on a larger part, though you'd have to definitely change the OP for that.
i tried yet no one noticed but here you go https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=14622184260A81146900&page=1#1

MIAI mean also, the topic feels sort of... meaningless? It's just sort of you proclaiming that you've made this story, and... cool? You're not really asking for advice, and there's not much to comment on beyond "oh, neat" and "keep up the good work".
Oh. I need to do I new one about trying to make a Billy Elliot plot good and not boring in writers block

My my...it's about time. I'm been waiting for this moment and thought about how people would react to the idea of guy from day one was told he should act like a man, walk like a man, speak like man, and dress like one. Everyday he's bombard by g.i Joe's, race cars, the colors blue and red yet longed to play with a barbie or dressed up like a princess. His father would tell a man should grow up to be a football player, a soldier, engineer however that little boy wanted to grow up to be a pop star like those girls on tv. The more he grew, the more longed for that chance to finally express him self for who he is without being ridiculed for it. That boy is Robert Nicholson, one of my characters.
