I'd go with Sasha if you want to take out multiple enemies really quickly.
Most people will start flaming you if you use Natascha. I know this because I have a TF 2-playing brother and yeah you get the idea.
"Only now, after being besieged by a flock of talking ponies, did he really understand what he'd lost. "As a medic, I die much more often to Sasha users than Natasha users, so there's that. Sasha's best for dealing with the quicker light classes that tend to slip away before you can kill them, while Natasha's better for the slow and heavy classes that might normally take you head on anyway.
Errick, I think you're mixing up Sasha and Natscha.

Really, it's a situational thing, like Wrench vs. Gunslinger. A good rule of thumb is that if most of the enemy team is light, weak classes, or if you're on point defense or something, go with Natascha, and otherwise, use Sasha.
月を見るたび思い出せIt's probably an advantage when you can get into a big coordinated fight with the rest of your team. Since anyone who stays out into the open in those cases will be dead, Natascha can help stop your enemies from getting to cover and probably get your team a lot more kills. If you don't have that coordination though, Sasha will work better.
If you can aim, then use Sasha. Natascha only glues enemies to the ground so they are easier to hit. In my experience, any enemy who comes close enough to be immobilized by Natascha is 90% of the time close enough that Sasha would have torn them to ribbons before they could escape anyway. The spread and falloff on either minigun is so severe that they'll have to be either in a completely open area or near death to kill anyway.
But that's what I mean with that coordinated team. Slowing a person won't help your DPS much, but slowing them when you've got 4 other guys trying to kill them... in that case, by comparision, having Sasha isn't as helpful.
Yeah probably I might have the names backwards because I have no memory.
Sasha is the basic Minigun which does more damage and is technically just called "Minigun".
Natascha is the unlockable which does less damage but slows enemies that you hit.
EDIT: Oops, somehow I posted to the wrong thread with this.

As everyone said, offensive, Sascha. Defense, Natasha.
Also, burgers.
Half-Life: Dual Nature, a crossover story of reasonably sized proportions.Scripting! Who does it, and what kinda scripts do you use?
I have a few customs running for just about every class, namely:
Scout
Soldier
Pyro
Engie
Medic
Sniper
Spy
And in general,

月を見るたび思い出せI'm using TF 2 on a Mac, so I'm not even sure if I can do scripts. Also I don't have any source games.
^^Those scripts sound awsome, but i don't have that many buttons on my mouse, just three.
^^ Tf2 is source game...
No scripts or rebinding for me, but I've never really needed any. I do have quickswitch and auto-call for Medic on, though. Makes it easier to keep track of who's almost dead.
I don't use scripts, either. Q and mouse scroll are good enough for me.
Half-Life: Dual Nature, a crossover story of reasonably sized proportions.Just me? Wusses.
I'm running TF 2 on my ancient AMD Barton XP 2800+ with 1 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GF 6800 GTS, and ever since the engie update, my FPS decreased so much, that now if I play on maps with large, open areas, the game becomes nearly unplayable.
Is there any way to fix the FPS drop without buying a new comp? I really need your help, guys!

"We have done the impossible and that makes us mighty." - Malcolm ReynoldsFirst thing I'd do is cripple the video settings in-game, but that might not help too much. Worth a try.
月を見るたび思い出せSati, assuming you're launching from Steam; Go to launch options, and try putting -dxlevel 81 in the box, worked for me.
One thing that supposedly works is reinstalling the game. You don't need to re-download; just manually delete the game files from your Steam installation folder (Back up any custom content). When you try to start the game, Steam will restore the game files from the cache file. This might improve performance without need to degrade settings.
My latest liveblog. My gfx card fried while playing this game :(.
Haven't got the £s for a new one. But one day, I'll get it back, because TF 2 is the best FPS ever
Did you see the stylish kids in the riot?
Well, Sasha deals more damage, but Natasha slows the enemies, making it harder for them to escape.
Tough call, actually.
I have a message from another time...
